The Georgetown Gilbert & Sullivan Society (GGSS) is an amateur community theater group run by students at the Georgetown University Law Center. It’s the only theater company with its own law school!
GGSS seeks to build community for students and community members alike, centered around a mutual love of theater. We do this through social activities, performances, play readings, and more, but doing all of this takes funding.
While we receive some funds from the Law Center, we also benefit from gifts from members and supporters like you, and due to the current circumstances and COVID-19, we are receiving significantly lower funds from the University this season. Your support helps us hire directors and production coordinators, build sets, buy costumes and props, purchase rights for productions, and so much more.
GGSS relies on people like you to ensure a strong future of this organization. Please consider giving whatever you can to help us continue to bring people together through a shared love of the performing arts.
